At 550BC, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, the following return and refund policy applies:

Returns for Refunds

• Eligibility: You may return any product within 14 days of receipt for a refund, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
  • Original Condition: The product must remain unopened and in its original shrink wrap or packaging.
• Costs: Returns are at your own expense. Refunds will exclude delivery, handling, and transaction fees.
• Return Processing Fee: A €8 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, contact us at info@550BC.com with your order number in the subject line. Once the return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.

Damaged or Lost Orders

• Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, contact us at info@550BC.com with:
  • Your order number in the subject line.
  • Photos of the damage and the packaging with the label visible. 
• Lost Orders: If your tracking status hasn’t been updated for 20 days, notify us immediately. After 30 days, postal services typically cease investigations.

Undeliverable or Unclaimed Returns

• If your order is returned to us due to being undeliverable or unclaimed, the following fees will apply:
  • Return fees.
  • €8 return processing fee.
  • New shipping costs.
• Liability: 550BC is not responsible for products lost or damaged during the return process. Tracking is your responsibility, so monitor it closely.
• Unclaimed Returns: Items that remain unclaimed or undelivered and are returned to us will be made available for public sale 30 days after no action is taken by the customer.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as our fulfillment partner processes them quickly.

Archival Sales

All archival sales are final and non-refundable.
