Shipping Information

 

International orders are shipped with DHL EXPRESS and EU orders with DPD for a fast and safe delivery. 

Keep in mind that near the end of November and in December you may experience delays due to the (upcoming) holiday season.

Outside the EU you might be charged import duties and VAT. 550BC is not responsible for these extra charges.

Shipping to PO or APO box addresses is at the customer’s own risk. Any return fees will be deducted from the refund or applied to the cost of re-shipping.

550BC is not responsible for delays caused by customs in your country.
550BC is not responsible if there’s nobody present to sign for the parcel at a (A)PO BOX address and when a (A)PO BOX address is considered undeliverable resulting in a return.

550BC is not responsible if you made an address error which results in your parcel being returned or lost.

We work with a fulfilment partner who ships orders fast. Therefore it's not possible to cancel an order after it's placed.
