550BC ships to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination.

Important Considerations:

  • Holiday Delays: Please note that shipments made in late November and December may experience delays due to the holiday season.
  • Import Duties & Taxes: For orders shipped outside the EU, import duties and local taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by 550BC.
  • (A)PO Box Addresses: Shipping to PO or APO box addresses is at the customer’s own risk. If a parcel is returned due to undeliverability or an issue with the address, return fees will be deducted from your refund or charged for re-shipping.
  • Customs Delays: 550BC is not liable for delays caused by customs processing in the destination country.
  • Address Issues: 550BC is not responsible for parcels returned or lost due to address errors or the absence of a recipient to sign for delivery at a (A)PO box address.
  • Lost Packages: 550BC is not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen packages when the carrier had drop permission or when there are delivery risks at your address. Please contact the shipping carrier to remedy the situation
